MalwareBytes does not recognize external drive.?

Im running windows 7 on a thinkpad NB. It is connected to a 2 TB WD MyBook Live wireless external HD. MalwareBytes used to recognize the WD, but after a reload of the OS it no longer does. I reinstalled MalwareBytes but it still does not recognize the WD. Anyone know how to fix this?

And yes, Windows 7 does recognize the drive.
