Hello MrC - Follow Up - Problems Starting Windows Now

Hello MrC,

Would you be kind enough to take a look at my current logs?

After we cleaned the malware earlier this week things were running fine. This morning when I started Windows it stalled and would not let me in. I started in Safe Mode, went back to an earlier Restore Point after we did the cleaning and am now able to run again.

Is there something else I need to fix?

Thankyou,

ErnieS

Current logs attached.

MrC,

Thank you for checking!

No error messages. Windows started up. The screen with the User Buttons came up and locked. No way to get in or out at that point. Had to do a reboot.

I just restarted again and it seems to be working normally now.

I will try it for a few more days and hopefully it has straightened itself out.

Thanks again for all you do!

Regards,

ErnieS

Just run a scan with RogueKiller for me........

Please remove any usb or external drives from the computer before you run this scan!

Please download and run RogueKiller to your desktop.

http://tigzy.geeksto...ueKillerX64.exe <---use this one

Quit all running programs.

For Windows XP, double-click to start.

For Vista or Windows 7, do a right-click on the program, select Run as Administrator to start, & when prompted Allow to run.

Click Scan to scan the system.

When the scan completes > Close out the program > Don't Fix anything!

Don't run any other options, they're not all bad!!!!!!!

Post back the report which should be located on your desktop.

MrC

Please don't run any other scans, download, install or uninstall any programs while I'm working with you.

Please stick with me until I give you the "all clear".
