Computer Infected with winrscmde

Hello i'm new to the forums, but i see that many people use it so I hope this will be helpful to me. I have a dell inspiron one all in one touch screen computer. For the last few months wierd things have been going on with my computer when i try to use it for instance, when i use my computer it is always playing commercials as in radio and tv commercials without any programs being opened. i'll be sleeping in the middle of the night and all of a sudden my computer turns its volume all the way up and starts playing commercials. also lately i have noticed that my media librarys in windows media player have been disappearing or becoming corrupt. next i have my windows computer and xbox 360 connected so i can stream media from my computer right to my tv. last week for no reason they both stopped recognizing each other and when i try to reconnect them the xbox can't find the computer. I'm become very stressed and worried that someone is trying to hack my computer and NEED HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Next.......

Please remove any usb or external drives from the computer before you run this scan!

Quit all running programs.

Please download and run RogueKiller to your desktop.

For Windows XP, double-click to start.

For Vista or Windows 7, do a right-click on the program, select Run as Administrator to start, & when prompted Allow to run.

Click Scan to scan the system.

When the scan completes > Close out the program > Don't Fix anything!

Don't run any other options, they're not all bad!!!!!!!

Post back the report which should be located on your desktop.
