someone please help me!

I was checking hidden file systems on my computer and found this.I can not ID this file on any search!

I have opened it with notepad and it reads all chinese code.

There were no downloads on the day it was installed,or system updates.

mbam, and norton do not find any problems with it,(but I am not oriental.nor have i visited or installed anything oriental).
