Google Hijack and Mbam won't run.

Downloaded and installed Mbam, but it will not run even after changing the .exe. Tried to do a system restore but nothing happens after I click the next button to initiate the restore. All my google searches are being redirected to random websites and other search engines and some websites are completely inaccessible.
