Installing Maleware Bytes

Hi All-

It appears that I have a serious virus/malware issue. When I tried to install the latest MWB download, the install seems to work just fine. However, when I go to the /Program Files/ Malware Bytes directory, there is nothing there! No files, nothing. No shortcut is created either. I've tried renaming the install fine a bunch of times, with the same result.

I have installed and ran SuperAntiSpyware about 5 times. Each times, it catches a Vundo variant. It says it removes it, but it keeps coming back. I've also run AVG. Also, I cannot get to the windows update web page.
