Rootkit.0access is it gone, and how do i fix it?

I recently ran a malwarebytes scan and it came up with this.

I deleted it and now have done 2 more scans (last night and this morning) and it is no longer found but I have been reading about what it was and apparently it can come back easily if not fully removed, so I ran TDSSkiller and that found 16 unregistered files that I didn't know what to do with. i havent had any problems with my laptop running slow or anything but need help knowing what these files are and if the rootkit is still there. I was also doing to post the log of the scan from TDSSkiller but it was too long but can if needed later.
