Gameguard problem

Recommended Posts

I don't know if I am in the right forum.. But here's my problem:

I'm having a problem with gameguard. Everytime I open lineage there will be a gameguard error, and when I fixed it another gameguard error will appear. I've already deleted Gameguard folder from the system folder of lineage 2 then did an update/check of lineage 2 from ncsoft launcher but the error still appear. I've downloaded Gameguard directly from a trusted link and installed it, deleted gameguard from system folder of lineage 2 and checked it again from ncsoft launcher and it works because of direct gameguard download & install. Every time I restart my pc I am encountering BSOD on startup. I did a system restore and it works again. But the gameguard that I've installed is gone. I've done everything to fix it.. I'm very hopeless so I've uninstalled the Lineage II.

I've encountered:

- - .erl error (but I've fixed it because of checking files and updates from ncsoft)

- gameguard update has been canceled

- gameguard initialization error

Sorry but I don't remember the error codes..

By the way, sorry for my bad english..

Hello and :welcome:

Not sure about gameguard or what's going on with it, but perhaps if you post the logs below it may shed some light to your problem and help us see what's going on....

POST DDS Logs

Please run the following scanner and send back the logs.

Download DDS from one of the locations below and save to your Desktop

dds.scr

dds.com

Temporarily disable any script blocker if your Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware has it.

How To Temporarily Disable Your Anti-virus, Firewall And Anti-malware Programs

Once downloaded you can disconnect from the Internet and disable your Ant-Virus temporarily if needed.

Then double click dds.scr or dds.com to run the tool, on Vista or Win 7 right click and select Run as administrator

Click the Run button if prompted with an Open File - Security Warning dialog box.

A black DOS console should open and run for a moment.

  • When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
  1. DDS.txt
  2. Attach.txt

  • Save both reports to your desktop
  • Please include the following logs in your next reply: DDS.txt and Attach.txt
You can ignore the note about zipping the Attach.txt file in most cases.
