How do I tell MB to scan another drive?

I find it's best to not boot from an infected PC and prefer to take the first steps in cleaning, with the drive connected to another PC that's clean. What's the best way to tell MB to scan that drive for everything?

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware currently isn't a very good solution for scanning an offline drive. There are a lot of reasons for this, including the potential to render the system unbootable.

That being said, if you are determined to do this, then simply use the Full scan option and select the drive(s) you wish to scan.
