rydall Posted March 5, 2009 ID:61564 Share Posted March 5, 2009 Ok i know that the product has a manual update, but as it is not updated regular, its a small pain, we have a pc service shop and we LOVE this product, and in fact every pc we put the trial version on in hope they register it.but my question is, sometimes a pc is infected with a new release virus, and the older manual update is not to good, IE:1730, but my local pc may be in the 1800'scan i manually copy a folder off my pc to this unit?, and if so were are the update files placed?as ideally we can then install the app, run a manual update, then copy my dir off my pc to a pen drive and replace the older one on the pc, remove the virus, and then recommend the user to buy the application?.i know this is a silly question, but im sure there is an easy way to do this, as people use the portable versions and they must have a update folder?thanks for any help
