Server under stress?

We're in the process of testing Malwarebytes Enterprise Edition. We currently have it deployed to only about 20 PCs/laptops. Every now and then when I check in the console, the Overall Status states "Server under stress." This concerns me greatly because if it's under stress with only 20 pcs running it, what's going to happen when that number increases to 1000? Granted that status typically changes back to Normal very quickly but it still worries me.
