combofix for rootkit.zeroaccess leaves no internet - help plz

I have a computer running Windows Xp. It started running erratically, and would constantly redirect my webpages. I stupidly ran ComboFix which stated deep cleaning for rootkit.zeroaccess

with final run leaving no internet access. I then reran ComboFix with same results. After reading your forum posts I don't think I should have ran combo fix. I am desperate for help. Anything would be appreciated. Thank you.

ComboFix creates a system restore point before it runs, have you tried that?? MrC
