HiJackThis Log Leftover files from fresh os install

Hello,

Thank you for your time I hope this will be quick.I just upgraded my motherboard to a biostar quad-core. I was running a 32bit os before and with the new power needed to upgrade to 64bit. So here I am fresh os and get all my programs for virus removal and anti-virus, I run my scans with malwarebytes,superantispyware, malwarebytes rootkit,avg full system scan and then come to HiJackThis and see this.

Be aware that a) a change of systemboard requires a followup of a Windows repair install.

Over and above that though,

an upgrade from 32-bit to 64 bit Windows is only done by

1) wiping the old

2) doing a new install with the 64-bit o.s. and fresh install of all applications.
