Rootkit.Podnuha trojan Removal Please!!!

I just wanted to say that last week someone from this site helped me remove other viruses, you guys are great! I was then instructed to get several free programs: WinPatrol, Online Armor, and Spyware Blaster, which I did, to keep myself safe from future viruses. Today I did a Malwarebytes scan which found nothing, but when I did an antivirus scan it found the following:

D:\System Volume Information\_restore{91758F7C-78DC-48F2-B2D8-9C56BA23B4B6}\RP64\A0069106.dll - probably a variant of Win32/Rootkit.Podnuha trojan

My D: drive is used only for storage, but still. Do I need to worry about this? How can I get rid of it since Nod32 doesn't seem to eliminate it?

1. Stop System Restore:

2. Manually update ESET NOD32 Antivirus

3. Scan with ESET NOD32 Antivirus

Did you flush system restore as AdvancedSetup reccomended?

O.k. Maniac, I stopped system restore as requested, manually updated anti virus and scanned and trojan seems to be gone.

Good, that might indicate the infected restore was leftover from before AdvancedSetup cleaned your computer
