I don't know what happened, gamevance32.exe stopped working and now internet will not connect

So I guess my dad tried to remove a program from the laptop because we kept getting this ad pop up out of nowhere. Anywho now everytime the laptop boots it says gamevance32.exe has stopped responding and even though there's a wireless signal connection the internet will not connect. Help?
