There are some other good ones from companies such as AVAST, ESET, Kaspersky, etc.A lot of people also like Microsoft Security Essentials, although I'm not certain that its detection rate is as good as it used to be, and since it doesn't use drivers for Direct Disk Access (DDA) and Delete On Reboot (DOR) it is almost useless once a computer gets infected.
