Warez P2P!!

Hello!

Downloaded and installed LimeWire (know it's illegal )

As soon as i felt somethin' fishy, I uninstalled & Ran MBAM. Nothing found,

But soon after some day, AV says found Warez P2P. Is it bad? What to do?
