Malwarebytes Shuts Down automatically

HELP!!!!! I have an infestation from Antivirus 360 and when I follow the steps to remove the Malware by installing Malwarebytes to run a scan, Malwarebytes just automatically closes and does nothing after about 3 seconds. I even tried changing the file name for Malwarebytes when installing the program and it still gets cut off every time it starts. Has this problem happened before???
