Help I think I have a rootkit virus

hi all,

I Think i have rootkit virus as i have windows 7 pro 64 version .. when i start machine i get so far and it comes up RoBoot64.exe is missing and skipping autocheck.. now i am finding things like mcafee has stopped working, or the drive goes into overdrive and pc freezes. or i get the blue screen of death.. please help i have tried everything i can think of.
