Help with PUM.UserWLoad! I think my last post sunk to the bottom

I know you guys are ultra-busy and I appreciate the fact you guys even exist, but I think my last post died. I just really need some help Google gives me a 404 error when I try to access this site normally, but I am in Safe Mode right now, and I absolutely hate Safe Mode.

Here it is if anyone thinks that they can help. Sorry for my re-posting; I'm just eager to regain my sanity.
