Re-occuring infection

I have a Trojan.bho on my system, I have run Malwarebytes, CCcleaner and hijackthis, it removes the infected items, then about 25 minutes later, without using a browser, whatever I am doing will alt-tab me out and when I check my taskmanager I have H1Y1740t.exe running which lets me know that the infection is back. Re-run all the programs and get the infections again. Help!
