Need Help With My HiJack This Log File

Hello everyone. I have done what everything said to do with hijack this. Here is the log file from it. If anyone can help PLEASE DO! I don't know what all of this is or what to remove. If you do and don't mind telling me I would greatly appreciate it. This is killing me. Thanks and good luck to everyone else out there fighting this garbage!
