I think I have hidden Malware somewhere

Help! I am unable to download any programs from the internet...esp malware detection programs. I did have a friend copy Malwarebytes to a USB and was able to install it. It did not find any malware.

I am also getting the following errors when I go on the internet:

Content Encoding Error

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression.

Secure Connection Failed (I am getting this message more than the others)

An error occurred during a connection to www.facebook.com.

SSL received a record with an incorrect Message Authentication Code.

(Error code: ssl_error_bad_mac_read)

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to accounts.youtube.com.

SSL received an unexpected Application Data record.

(Error code: ssl_error_rx_unexpected_application_data)

Please let me know what i need to do to find what is wrong and fix it. Thanks so much for your help!

Hello Tammy and welcome to MalwareBytes forums.

I will need some logs from you before we proceed much further.

Download DDS and save it to your desktop from http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/dds.com here

or http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/dds.scr or

http://www.infospyware.net/sUBs/dds

Disable any script blocker if your antivirus/antimalware has it.

Then double click dds.scr to run the tool.

DDS will run in a command prompt window and will take 3 to 4 minutes or so.

• When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
• DDS.txt
• Attach.txt
• Save both reports to your desktop.

Please Copy & Paste contents of the following logs in your next reply:

DDS.txt

Attach.txt

Do not use the attachment feature to place any of your reports. Always put them in-line inside the body of reply.

Use NOTEPAD to Copy ALL contents and then Paste inside reply-box.
