Cannot run Malware bytes

ok, i need to make this quick because i gotta run to class. posting from my laptop bc my desktop is F'd.

im infected with 'MS Antispyware 2009' and its killing me. cannot run anything pretty much. after trial and error i figured out that renaming the .exe file will get MWB installed, but now i cannot run it. tried doing run ->devmgmt.msc, and the TDSTools or whatever it is does not show up. here is my hijackthis log:

Try renaming the MBAM.EXE file a couple times and see if it will run or not and let us know.

tried. with the task manager open, it says it is running, but only lasts for about 10 seconds before it disappears from the task manager.

Okay please try this program then. If needed try renaming it a couple of times, and if not then try it in Safe Mode also try renaming it more than once to see if it will run.

ok, so i ran combofix and now i can run mwb. its running right now, hopefully it gets what is causing the problem
