Malwarebytes Prevents Skype from working properly?

Hello all, I ran into a bit of a problem when using Skype. The other day when using Skype talking to one of my buddies like usual, I ran into a little notification from Malwarebytes blocking an I.P. address from my Skype.

- I use Trillian I.M keep in mind the process for Skype is skypekit.exe (for trillian)

Well anyways this is the I.P. address and the information about it. 89.28.3.218 (Type: incoming, Port: 17679, Process: skypekit.exe)

City: Chisinau

Latitude: 47.0050

Longitude: 28.8580

As many representatives from Skype say this is in the norm, it is preventing my Skype calls from working ever since this alert.

I would like to know if this is normal because is defiantly does not seem normal.

And I would also like to know how I could get my Skype to work again :/

Quite a few Skype user's have posted to there community forums and haven't received much help or information besides them saying "it's normal".

If anyone has any suggestions or thoughts that would be great! I just miss my Skype! lulz
