please help IE not working but other browsers do

hello and good day, i am new here and ran across the forums using a simple google search. my computer seems to have something wrong with it. so i seem to have come for some help. i have a toshiba laptop running windows vista. as i tried to get on the internet today i realized ie freezes and becomes unresponsive after opening it. my other browsers work fine, ie chrome, firefox. i preformed a full scan of my computer using malwarebytes and it came back with 1 threat that i removed but the problem persists. here are the results of my dds scan please help
