Real Top Guns F-111 Belly Landing

A friend that's into military aircraft sent me this video link of a Australian Air Force F-111 (wheel fell off at take-off) "Real Top Guns Belly Landing" by a pilot with only a few actual F-111 landings under his belt. The belly landing is in the last few minutes but the 7-minute video is entertaining in its entirety. ~~ Enjoy

Glad you liked it. While in the USAF I got to personally observe three F-102 crashes and one F-101 near runway ejection. One in the trees near an airfield, ejection at the middle of his landing leg as he didn't have power to make the runway, and two on the runway and it's almost as exciting on the sidelines as I imagine the pilots are going through except I still had clean underwear afterwards. *smile*

As for the F-111 video, being the male chauvinist pig I am ( ) I enjoyed the female weapons officer with that sexy Australian accent shown in the first part of the video.. (G, D &R)
