mb missed detection but Iobit detected it is it real?

When I started my computer, Iobit antimalware said I needed to do a scan. It quickly detected "Misleading.Super AV" and upon completion of scan it quarantined it. I googled the findings and saw a few things how to remove it but none from MB. Is it a real threat, why did MB not detect it is it is, should be loking for it in some folder? I ran MB and did a full scan and it did not pick it up. I don't know if I should be concerned or not.

I personally wouldn't trust anything that Iobit told you.
