FBI virus! cant even get into safe mode!

please help! my computer just showed this white and green bannered screen saying my computer was locked up by the fbi! got nervous so i shut it down, switched off the wifi button and looked it up on google on another computer! this is stressing me out so bad please help!

Hello usweasil and welcome to MalwareBytes forums.

This next is only a pre-liminary. Do as much as possible and report back. There will be much more to do following this.

Follow his instructions to get into Safe Mode with Networking

and do the rest of the steps listed after that (including the tool from from Emsisoft

Report back with the results.

Download DDS and save it to your desktop from http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/dds.com here

or http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/dds.scr or

http://www.infospyware.net/sUBs/dds

Disable any script blocker if your antivirus/antimalware has it.

Then double click dds.scr to run the tool.

DDS will run in a command prompt window and will take 3 to 4 minutes or so.

• When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
• DDS.txt
• Attach.txt
• Save both reports to your desktop.

Please Copy & Paste contents of the following logs in your next reply:

DDS.txt

Attach.txt

Always Copy & Paste any log -- directly into main body of reply. Do not use attach feature.
