Hijackthis log - slow Internet

Since around a week ago my internet has been playing up.

For the first 5 minutes of use it's fine, then it goes very very slow. I have to disconnect and connect again, or restart the computer. Then it goes slow again after a few minutes of use.

I've created a hijackthis log, I was wondering if anyone could be kind enough to tell me if there are any problems?

Thank you

I'd also like to add I've received a new router from Aol, but it's not made any difference.

Here's my hijackthis logfile again:
