Computer grinds to a halt

Recently my PC has been slowing more and more to the point I cannot rely on it being up for more than 30 minutes at a time.

I ran the quick scan option for malwarebytes and it didn't pick up any infections (previously had done the same with latest norton to no avail)

I did run the repair install option from my XP disk thrinking I had maybe a system file corrupted but no luck - still slowing down.

My DDS generated files are attached.

Hope someone can help me out.

Thanks everyone!
