Hello dhafer and welcome,

Please advise if you have resolved your issue since you first posted.

If you're having issues with what appears to be malware threats that you're unable to remove on your own then please read the following so that you can begin the scanning and cleaning process:

Please don't use any temporary file cleaners unless requested - this can cause data loss and make recovery difficult

Be aware that you have these options, too.

MBAM Help Desk for MBAM customers

If you are in an organization or a corporate customer, contact
for assistance.

Alternatively, as a MBAM consumer customer, you may contact the help desk

Premium services

If you would like to use our
Malwarebytes Premium Consumer Services
partner

Comprehensive fee based solutions to all your computer support needs — from installation and set-up to troubleshooting and tune-ups please go to the
support site.

These fee based services are provided by a third-party vendor and not directly by the Malwarebytes Corporation

If you wish to continue here, you must copy and paste some logs:

Download DDS and save it to your desktop from http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/dds.com here

or http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/dds.scr or

http://www.infospyware.net/sUBs/dds

Disable any script blocker if your antivirus/antimalware has it.

Then double click dds.scr to run the tool.

DDS will run in a command prompt window and will take 3 to 4 minutes or so.

  • When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
  • DDS.txt
  • Attach.txt
  • Save both reports to your desktop.

Please Copy & Paste contents of the following logs in your next reply:

DDS.txt

Attach.txt
