Widevine Media Extender for Google Chrome

Recommended Posts

Hello MBAM forum gods

I received detections this evening during my nightly scan for Widevine Media Optimizer for Google Chrome. I believe this was installed in order to watch Showtime Anytime on my PC. I uploaded the file to both VT and Jotti and both came back clean. I thought I'd drop here for your opinion as well.

Thanks!

Dev Log File is attached. I will attempt to upload a .zip of the actual file after a quick reboot.

Hello, we don't seem to be detecting the file anymore. The FP was likely fixed earlier. We're currently at database v2012.12.05.02. Please update mbam and try rescanning the file again.
