Computer will not fully boot since deleting items after scan.

Recommended Posts

I am running windows 7 and was not having any noticeable issues, but decided to download, install, and run malwarebytes yesterday. Upon completion of scan, there were apparently 130 infected files. I proceeded to have them removed and restarted computer after prompt. Now, the computer will not fully boot up - it just continues to spin while homescreen is partially loaded. I am now in safe mode with networking, but am wondering if some files were deleted that should not have been - any help appreciated.
