Can't get rid of it!

I've run Malwarebytes several times. It finds the same files everytime and supposedly deletes them, but it doesn't get rid of the attempts to open hxxp://anykuy.com (about every 5-10 minutes)and the window asking me if I want to scan for viruses (about once an hour). Sometimes it will get rid of the little toolbar red cross popup, but when I reboot, it's back. Here is my latest Malware log and HijackThis log:
