antivirus 360. malwarebytes not working

ok so antivirus 360 seems to be on the wifes computer. well at least a lot of pop ups, blocked web pages ect. So i downloaded malwarebytes as recommended but it doesnt seem to work. i start the scan then the window just closes and nothing else happens. but hijack seemed to work and heres the log
