PalTalk possible False Positive

I started this in the General forum and was told to post here. I don't know if this is a false positive or not. I haven't used PalTalk for a few weeks. The other day, about 1.5 hours after starting the machine, MBAM popped up saying that it blocked PalTalk Messenger\Uninstaller.exe from calling out to the Internet. I hadn't started the application. I hadn't even touched the machine. It was sitting idle.

The suspected file is attached.

Log of a full scan is below. Neither the file or registry entry showed up in a quick scan.
