First, please be sure you have the latest MBAM database definitions (currently v.2012.12.23.04).

If you are still getting this detection, please refer to the reply just above yours for instructions on how to proceed - the MBAM engineers will need a bit more info, posted in the correct area of the forum, in order to determine if this is a FP, or not.
