XP-sp3 Machines Startup Sequence Halted By MWB Shell Notify Icon Failed To Perform...

Please Help!!!

Never had an issue before with MWB.

Now in past week have two different unconnected XP-sp3 computers that i can not turn off because upon restart on both of them i get as far as the desktop (sans icons and taskbar) and after waiting approx 10-15 minutes with a blank desktop i finally get a popup window saying...

[shell_NotifyIcon] Failed to perform desired action. Error Code: 0

I have clean uninstalled MWB on both machines twice and downloaded and reinstalled MWB twice and re-activated Pro status twice to both machines all to no avail.

All works fine until i shut the machines down and then restart.

+ 1 machine will not allow me to enable the protection module for some reason after reinstalling MWB.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...many thanks!
