The Coranti alternative data streams

So i tried the Coranti antivirus and now i have thousands of these alternative data streams in my system. I scanned with stream armor this picture shows a result of an incomplete scan the actual scan finds over 40 dangerous data streams. I tried to look for information from the coranti website but i could not find any. So are these only some legitimate ads placed by Coranti or something else? Thanks for any replies!
