There's a lot going on that ip over 81 different sites with a history. The ip also seems to be hosting a botnet command & control server.

A staff member will have to report on this, but by the looks of it it may not be unblocked. Malwarebytes' blocks malicious/spam ip's by the range if the majority of the present ip's are a problem.

The history list on hpHosts is just a list of domains queried, that have the same IP, and not in all cases, domains housing malicious content or engaged in malicious activity.
