How can I download newest rogues/malware threats?

When I try to download from these forums, it says "[#10171] You do not have permission to view this attachment."

How can I get permission to download and test those threats on my computer?

Unfortunately, you won't be able to download malware samples.

For safety's sake, access to these samples is granted only to members of the Malware Hunters group and higher.
