MBAM Forums Maintenance problem

I know that you did Forums maintenance last night because that is what I was told when I tried to access my account then. This morning I appear to have been totally wiped from the MBAM community. My log-in was not recognised so I had to re-register with exactly the same details as before just as if I was a new member. More seriously I was fully engaged with working with my malware consultant "Maniac" (who is absolutely brilliant and very thorough) but I cannot now find any of it. Please can I have it all back again so that I can continue to fix my computer.

I have sent him a PM so that he is aware of the problem. I wonder if anyone else has had similar treatment?

Hi, imposs:

There was a major technical glitch with the forum yesterday.

Recent Downtime and Loss of Posts

After an extended outage, several days worth of posts were lost.

--> I think that new members who had joined in the "gray zone" period between Oct 18 and yesterday might have lost their profiles, too.

(RJGoodhouse probably didn't experience the loss of his profile, since he had joined some time long ago.)

So, it was nothing personal. :)

If you don't hear back from your helper, Maniac, via PM in a day or so, please just start a new post in the malware removal section.

Include your helper's name (Maniac) in the subject line.

He will resume helping you ASAP.

HTH and thanks for your patience,

daledoc1
