System infected,unable to run malwarebytes

Hello, picked up something friday night on my computer and it seems pretty nasty. Was unable to run malwarebytes or hijack this initially so I ran the avira boot cd as I saw on here, and here's the log. Tried to shut everything down that was running before doing this, but not super tech savvy, so apologies if the scan is cluttered. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

Some more info, Avira listed the following malware after ran

Following rootkits, TDss.eyj.66, TDss.eyj.65, also Rootkit.Gen which it identified as a trojan

Following trojans, Crypt.xpack.gen, dropper.gen, trash.gen, fakeantivirus.4915.2, dldr.fakesca.frw

think I have MS antispyware 2009 as well, eeek, doesn't look good. Have disconnected machine from internet, shut it down, changed all my passwords on another machine etc....I'm freaked out right now and paranoid about using my PC at all.

Please see if you can run MBAM or re-install MBAM and run it now or not.

Update and Scan with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

Start MalwareBytes AntiMalware (Vista users must Right click and choose RunAs Admin)
Please DO NOT run MBAM in Safe Mode unless requested to, you MUST run it in normal Windows mode.
- Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
- Select the Update tab
- Click Update
[*]When the update is complete, select the Scanner tab
[*]Select Perform quick scan, then click Scan.
[*]When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
[*]Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
[*]When completed, a log will open in Notepad. please copy and paste the log into your next reply
- If you accidently close it, the log file is saved here and will be named like this:
- C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Logs\mbam-log-date (time).txt

Then RESTART the computer

AFTER the reboot run HJT Do a system scan and save a logfile

The post back NEW MBAM and HJT logs in that order please.
