Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware Problem

I have tried to download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware but it will not download. It gets to about 57% downloaded then it tells me this program is not commonly downloaded and may be a harmful to your computer. Then it gives me the option to delete it or don't run program. I'm really confused about this problem

Well i clicked on the link from I'm infected what do i do now topic and when i clicked on the link it took me to bleepingcomputer.com to down load it. I use internet explorer. My anti virus is AVG. It's the actual AVG anti virus not the AVG free. I've never had this problem so i have no clue what to do about it. I honestly belive i have a pnp virus and i know that it's only a matter of time before my computer is screwed if i don't get rid of it soon. I sent Mr Charlie a message cuz i saw he helped someone else that had a similar problem to what i'm haveing and he messaged me back with that link. I started following the instructions but it got 57% downloaded then told me what i posted. I belive the message is from my browser just because AVG has never told me this but then again it could be.
