our company website www.traysoft.com (IP 69.194.192.161) is blacklisted

We are getting reports from users unable to access our website www.traysoft.com (and our other websites www.phonetray.com and www.phonetray.net) because of Anti-Malware. It looks like IP address 69.194.192.161 is blocked. We're legitimate company selling software and developer tools since 2005. Please remove our IP address from the blacklist as soon as possible. Every day the block is on we're loosing sales and customers, plus it tarnishes our company's reputation.

Is anyone looking into that? Can you provide a reason why it was blocked in the first place? We scan our server with anti-virus and run all files available to end-users through virustotal.com to make sure there are no false positives.

The problem, is SolarVPS has had a major increase in Blackhole exploit servers on their ranges recently, and they're jumping from one IP to another on the same ranges. So far, attempts to contact SolarVPS have failed.

Thank you Steven. Please make sure to add exception for all our sites (www.traysoft.com, www.phonetray.com and www.phonetray.net) if the block is not based on IP address. If it's IP-based, we have 2 dedicated IP addresses 69.194.192.161 and 69.194.192.162.

Sorry, I was referring to 69.194.192.162 (mis-typed). Both of your IPs have now been unblocked and the update should be out already.

Our users report that still 69.194.192.161 is being blocked with the latest update v2012.10.05.06. Could you please verify?

That was my fault I'm afraid, the exclusions were put in place, but it seems I forgot to remove the old block. This has been corrected.
