Svchost.exe infected with Trojan.Agent

Hi guys. Recently I scanned my computer and found a number of issues. I used TDDSKiller and found a bunch of registry key errors as well as the rootkit Rootkit.Boot.Pihar.C. I removed the process and all of the registry keys in safemode, rebooted and it has not come back. I then ran MalwareBytes after the removal and found "Trojan.Agent" on my SVCHOST.EXE file. I removed it and rescanned twice and it has not come back, but I just need to be sure that it is gone. Here is the recent MalwareBytes log from my last scan that came up clean, but I want to be assured that all is well and that there are no malicious programs or processes running in the background:

Welcome to the forum.

Please remove any usb or external drives from the computer before you run this scan!

Please download and run RogueKiller to your desktop.

Quit all running programs.

For Windows XP, double-click to start.

For Vista or Windows 7, do a right-click on the program, select Run as Administrator to start, & when prompted Allow to run.

Click Scan to scan the system.

When the scan completes > Close out the program > Don't Fix anything!

Don't run any other options, they're not all bad!!!!!!!

Post back the report which should be located on your desktop.
