A couple days ago all computers in my home network lost access to hotmail.com. (1 wireless laptop, 2 wireless desktops, and 2 wired desktops) I can get to hotmail.com, but after I log in it says the page cannot be displayed. I have ran various scans that have found no threats. I have upgraded the firmware on my router, but I haven't done a hard reset. Any ideas?

Hello dustin033 and welcome to MalwareBytes forums.

Do NOT attach any logs or reports unless we ask you for it. Always copy/paste contents directly into main-body of reply.

Use separate replies as needed.

Please do that with the DDS.txt + Attach.txt in a new reply.

Tell me if your home network has lost connectivity to sites other than Hotmail ?

Tell me if your web-based Hotmail has been "changed" over to Outlook.com
