Google Toolbar install blocked; trojan.lameshield

I'm reinstalling Win7 after getting hit by Zeroaccess last week. When I went to install Flash player, it also installed Chrome and Google toolbar. When this happened (without asking, gotta love those installer installers), mbam reported that googlesoftwareupdate was infected with trojan.lameshield. Is this a false positive? I had it quarantine the file. Subsequent quick scan came up clean, so no log file.

This didn't occur during a scan but was intercepted by the trial version of mbam Pro.

thanks
