I think this is a false positive

Ok this is the frist time i every got flagged about this file and this file has not changed in over about two years.

Today i updated and ran Malwarebytes and it flagged this file

C:\Program Files (x86)\ASUS\AsSysCtrlService\1.00.05\AsSysCtrlService.exe (Spyware.Password)

This file is installed with the motherboard software as far as i know and has been there for years. The dates on the file are from 2009 and it was last modified in 2010. Malwarebytes never flagged it before now.

I got the log below, i aborted after it showed the 3 errors.

Please let me know if you need anymore info or the file. I have innorged it for now as i think it is an error from mbam.
